Catering Menu


Our In-House Catering is presented beautifully with your events colors and theme. There are several catering styles to meet your events needs but you are not limited to these. We can customize your catering to what you desire. Catering is prepared for the number of guests guaranteed. Catering is subject to 9.6% tax and 18% service charge.

Reception Style Catering are light to heavy hors d’oeuvres presented in food stations where your guests can visit the station multiple times. Napkins, acrylic plates and cutlery included. Minimum 4 items; can be from any section: Light, Premium, Carving or Specialty.

  • Potato Bar: Whipped Original or Sweet Potato with toppings served in traditional Champagne flutes. Can do half original and half sweet potato.
  • Salad Bar:  Assorted Lettuces with Tomatoes, Onions, Olives, Bell Peppers, Cucumbers, Cheese, Bacon Bits, Croutons
  • Seafood Gumbo: Served with French bread in traditional champagne flutes
  • Skewers: (select 2) Chicken Teriyaki, Jambalaya (Cajun spiced chicken, andouille sausage & bell peppers, Parmesan Tortellini & Olives, Marinated Shrimp & Tortellini or Cold Beef with Rustic Marinated Vegetables
